Scoring a five on the DSTP math
One of my proudest moments was, well actually I have a lot. So I am going to talk about my proudest moment from school. It occurred during my eighth grade year.
I received a five on the DSTP math. This was my first five I have gotten. At least that’s what I know because I have only one of those awards they give you for scoring a five. Although there were a handful of eighth graders who got fives too, I felt good about it. This five really shows how good at math I am and how hard I actually try.
I would have liked to get a five on other subjects, but only math. I scored fours on the other subject(s). This year, I’m confident that I scored a five or four on the math again. The science and social studies part wasn’t all that bad. They were a little easy and a little confusing all at the same time.
The year I took the test that I got the five on was in seventh grade. It was nice to stand in line at the ceremony and feel like a genius. My sister has a lot of those awards. She is the true genius compared to me. I do feel smart, but not even close to how smart she is
My proudest moment was when I scored a five on the DSTP. I still have my award. I will always be proud of my accomplishment. Hopefully I will score more five’s in the future.
